Arctotis acaulis & hybrids

1. Arctotis acaulis *Pink - Fast growing and effective as ground covers, spilling over walls or a dry bank. Excellent for coastal gardens, they have silver-grey leaves and produce a dazzling display of huge pink daisy-like flowers from late winter to summer. Feed with 3:1:5 or organic fertiliser for best results.

2. Arctotis acaulis *Red - Fast growing and effective as ground covers, spilling over walls or a dry bank. Excellent for coastal gardens, they have silver-grey leaves and produce a dazzling display of huge flame coloured daisy-like flowers from late winter to summer. Feed with 3:1:5 or organic fertiliser for best results.

3. Arctotis acaulis *Yellow - Fast growing and effective as ground covers, spilling over walls or a dry bank. Excellent for coastal gardens, they have silver-grey leaves and produce a dazzling display of huge butter yellow daisy-like flowers from late winter to summer. Feed with 3:1:5 or organic fertiliser for best results.

5 hybrids:

1. Arctotis ' Radiance Red '™ - Fantastic large, deep maroon, daisy flowers and silver foliage. An irresistible garden addition available early spring onwards. Clump forming, producing masses of fantastic blooms virtually all year. Plant in full sun, well drained position. Low maintenance, but performs best with regular feeding. Deadhead often for longer flowering.

2. Arctotis ' Sunset Radiance '™ - Huge daisy flowers contain all the colours of the setting sun, burnt red, orange and shades of yellow. Clump forming, producing masses of fantastic blooms virtually all year. Plant in the full sun in a well drained position. For best results feed regularly with a slow release 3:1:5 organic or chemical fertilizer and deadhead often.

3. Arctotis 'Harlequin' Pink Shades - A clump-forming plant with tall flowers selected into shades of soft to brightest pink. A cheerful addition to the spring and summer colour in any garden. They are very tolerant of a range of conditions, but must be planted in full sun.

4. Arctotis 'Harlequin' Sunshine Shades - A clump-forming plant with tall flowers selected into sunny shades of red through orange and yellow. A cheerful addition to the spring and summer colour in any garden. They are very tolerant of a range of conditions, but must be planted in full sun.

5. Arctotis 'Harlequin' White - A clump-forming plant with tall flowers. This selection ranges from pure white to palest pink. A cheerful addition to the spring and summer colour in any garden. They are very tolerant of a range of conditions, but must be planted in full sun.
